I've just seen a notice that "X confirmed that your paper, Y mentions them," where I have left out the name X of the individual and the title Y of my paper. Well, I've never met or heard of X, but their name looks close enough to the name of one of my co-authors that I can easily imagine that your AI guessed it was the same individual, queried X, and then X (apparently with absolutely no shame) confirmed the mention.
